It’s difficult to concentrate on the merits of salad servers in the colder months of the year but from April onwards almost all that I want to eat is a salad of some sort . . . admittedly one that often has cheese in it, so don’t take this as a paean to rabbit food. These acacia wood salad servers from Nkuku do the job handsomely. They are a good length and one of the servers has a plain bowl end while the other has tines.

They are not dishwasher safe and should be washed in warm water and then dried. They can be kept in good condition with a wipe of olive oil, or any other food safe oil and then rubbed with a cloth.
